A: We have a centrally-located dispatch office, with trucks in all areas daily.space

Q: Do you offer weekend service?
A: Yes, we have Saturday hours with no extra charge between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. We also have Sunday hours, but we do charge for extra services and require a prior service call for that.space

Q: My refrigerator is not cooling. What could it be?
A: Refrigerators are very hard to diagnose because just about every component in the unit has to deal with the cooling system. Therefore, the unit would have to be looked at by a technician.space

Q: My dryer takes too long to dry. Why?
A: You may want to unhook the vent from the back of the dryer (do not cover the vent area with anything). Run a load of towels. If the towels dry in a normal amount of time, you have a clogged vent and will need to call a vent and duct company to clean the vent.space

Q: How do you set your appointment times?
A: We set all of our appointments with a 3-hour time frame.space

Q: Can you call me at a different number so I can meet the technician there?
A: Yes, we can call a different number and allow up to 20 minutes to meet.space

Q: Can we put a service call in over the Internet?
A: Yes, just click set a service call, fill out the information requested, and a technician will call you back with a date and time that we can meet with you.space

Q: What kind of warranty do you offer?
A: Our warranties are 30 days on labor and service call, 90 days on parts.
